David Sawicki is a 1969 graduate of the University of Oklahoma. He has been in real estate management full time in Houston since 1976 and earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) in 1982. David is a member of numerous professional and business organizations including the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Houston Apartment Association (HAA), Resident Credit Reporting (RCR) and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. He has the education, training and experience to manage apartments and other residential real estate.

Besides Mandatory Continuing Education (MCE), David attends lectures and seminars to keep current on insurance, liability, contract, legal, environmental and other issues important to residential property management. In addition, David attends trade shows and vendor symposiums to supplement his first hand knowledge of maintaining real property.

David was a part owner of ADD Management Company until 1982. He operated as a sole proprietor until he formed ABJ Property Management, Inc. in 1992.

Teresa K. Morant has been in real estate management since 1978. Presently she manages the day to day operations of five (5) apartment complexes; and over one hundred (100) rent houses. Her duties include managing the on-site maintenance, leasing and management staff of the apartments, condominiums, and rent houses; dealing with vendors, preparing contracts and proposals; overseeing jobs under construction; employee hiring and firing; communicating with owners; reviewing financial statements and supervising bookkeeping. She has attended many seminars on real estate management, legal liability and contractual issues. Teresa is a licensed Texas Real Estate Agent, member of the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) and the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). Teresa has been with ABJ Property Management, Inc. since April 1993.
